| - How to place an order? |
Sales on line are destined to people aged 18 years minimum and legally competent to contract. To order a work, just select it and click to validate your order. Then fill in the form and pass on to the page related to payments. For original works, the purchaser is requested to sign and fax under 72 hours a printed version of the order summary page. In case you are in trouble (no fax), please contact TAHITICOM at customer-service@tahiticom.comor telephone.
A confirmation of your order will be sent after authentication of your banking data by Paypal service of protected payment or after reception of your payment by bank check or transfer, this document includes your invoice number and serves as an invoice. You can contact TAHITICOM at customer-service@tahiticom.com for extra forms.

| - Prices |
The prices indicated on the site are net, shipping costs excluded. They can vary without notice, at any time. The invoice will be made out in accordance with the current price at the time of the order.
The price is fully payable with the order.
The orders are, except contrary agreement, invoiced and payable in Euros or US Dollars.
A summary of your order, sent to you before your final confirmation, indicates the total price; it corresponds to the price of ordered works, plus postage and packing, exclusive of taxes and customs duties which you will have to pay on receiving the parcel in accordance with your country's rules and customs. Concerning most valuable items or works of specific sizes, or certain destinations, it is necessary to contact TAHITICOM by e-mail at: customer-service@tahiticom.com. Under 48h you will receive an e-mail with a link enabling you to place an order for a given amount including carriage.

| - Means of payments |
You are free to choose between several means of payments, each one guarantees you maximum security.
You can pay your purchases:
• By bank card (Eurocard Mastercard, Visa, Blue Chart) via Paypal service of protected payment, after you indicated your bank account numbers. Your bank account numbers are not communicated to TAHITICOM at any time; under no circumstances indeed we will ask you to give us your bank account numbers.
• By bank cheque in euros, clearable at a French bank, all particular information necessary for you to make out the cheque (address and order) will be communicated to you in the summary of your order.
• By credit or postal transfer, necessary information, such as our bank account numbers, will be mentioned in the summary of your order.

| - Delivery of products |
Orders are delivered to the address you gave us when you passed them within 10
average days for France, for delivery abroad, the delay will not exceed 15 days
(depending on the place of dispatch and the place of delivery). You are required
to tell the conveyor about any damage of the contents of your parcel or to
inform TAHITICOM by electronic mail at customer-service@tahiticom.com within 3 days after the delivery.

| - Conformity of the order |
Works are sold on the site with a detailed description specifying in particular
the support, the number of prints, the origin of work and any other known
element specific to each work. If a delivered work were not in conformity with
that ordered, as recapitulated on the delivery form, TAHITICOM undertakes to
exchange it or to refund it. For this purpose, you can contact TAHITICOM at customer-service@tahiticom.com in order to return the work within 7 clear days after its delivery.

| - Satisfied or refunded |
In accordance with the article L. 131-20 of the consumption code, you have a
right of retraction for 7 clear days after the delivery of your order. You can
contact us at any time (by electronic mail at customer-service@tahiticom.com ) in order to return us the articles concerned intact and in their original packages. Upon receipt, TAHITICOM will reimburse you for your order. You are responsible for dispatch and return expenses, as well as for any loss and deterioration occurring during the return of the articles, the returns must imperatively be carried out under the same conditions than the delivery shipments, i.e. same company of transport, insurance and services.

| - Transfer of property - Transfer of risks |
The ownership of the work of art will be transferred to you only after complete
payment of the price, and independently of the delivery date. On the other hand,
risks of loss or deterioration will be transferred to you as soon as the works
are delivered.

| - Termination clause |
If your payment proved non-existent, incomplete or irregular, or for any
possible reason, the sale will be legally terminated, at you own expenses,
without preventing any civil or penal proceedings which can be brought up
against you.

| - Personal Data |
We inform you that all information necessary to treat and carry out your
requests and orders may be revealed to our suppliers, partners, and other public
or private organizations, insofar as they are necessary to the complete
processing of your orders (secured transaction, packing, transport, insurance,
and delivery).
The processing of your personal data is carried out in respect of
the law of January 6, 1978 known as “data-processing and freedoms law”. In accordance with article 34 of this law, you have a right of access, modification, correction and suppression of your personal data.
