You can contact us at any time (by electronic mail at customer-service@tahiticom.com) in order to return us the articles concerned intact and in their original packages.

Upon receipt, TAHITICOM will reimburse you for your order.

You are responsible for dispatch and return expenses, as well as for any loss and deterioration occurring during the return of the articles, the returns must imperatively be carried out under the same conditions than the delivery shipments, i.e. same company of transport, insurance and services.
